Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your next steps can be hard, but you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Gabrielle Marozzo, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I work with preteens, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-worth, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding yourself and treating that process with kindness. Together, we’ll gently explore sources of stress, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and build on your strengths to support lasting growth. Drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural (CBT), and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) approaches, I tailor each session to your unique goals and needs.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself as you move through life’s challenges.
